Candidates can download the Bihar NEET Rank List 2025 by following these steps:
1. Go to bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
2. Find the “UGMAC” (Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling) link on the homepage.
3. Click on the Merit List Link of Bihar NEET
4. Log in using the UGMAC ID, NEET roll number, and Date of birth
5. The merit list of Bihar NEET 2025 will be displayed in PDF format.
6. Use **Ctrl+F** to search for your roll number or name.
7. Download the PDF and take 3-4 printouts for future reference during counselling.
The Bihar NEET Rank List 2025 contains the following details, which are required during the Bihar NEET counselling.

To be included in the Bihar NEET Rank List 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Candidates must qualify for NEET UG 2025 by securing the minimum NEET cutoff
Candidates or their parents must be permanent residents of Bihar. Or the parents must be employed by the Bihar government
Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2025.
Only such students who successfully submit the Bihar NEET counselling application form (UGMAC 2025) will be included.

The Bihar NEET Counselling 2025 is conducted in two main rounds, with an additional mop-up round for vacant seats. The counselling process is as follows -
Candidates must register for UGMAC 2025 on bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, providing their NEET roll number, UGMAC ID, and other details.
Candidates select their preferred colleges and courses. Seat allotment is based on merit rank, preferences, and seat availability.
The provisional merit list and seat allotment results are published, allowing candidates to opt for upgradation if unsatisfied.
Candidates must report to the allotted college for offline document verification, carrying:
- NEET UG 2025 admit card and scorecard.
- UGMAC 2025 application form (Parts A and B).
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- Aadhar card.
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets.
- Domicile certificate.
- EWS/PH certificate (if applicable).
- Six passport-size photographs.
After verification, the final merit list and seat allotment are published.
Candidates pay the admission fees to secure their seats.
