FMGE - Foreign Medical Graduate Examination is a screening test for medical graduates to be eligible to practice medicine in the country. FMGE exam is conducted biannually in June and December by the National Board of Examinations for Indian and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) to obtain the registration certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC).
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the FMGE 2024 December session information brochure. The FMGE application form 2024 window for the December session on October 28 from 3 PM onwards. Candidates will have to submit the FMGE application form 2024 before November 18. NBE will conduct the FMGE 2024 December session on January 12. The NBE will issue the FMGE admit cards to the registered candidates only.
As per the FMGE exam pattern, the test is divided into two parts - Part A and Part B. Each part has 150 questions, making a total of 300 questions. The questions in the FMGE exam are asked from the MBBS curriculum. As per the marking scheme, one mark is awarded for every correct answer, while there is no negative marking. The result of the FMGE 2024 December session will be announced on February 12 at natboard.edu.in.

The result of FMGE 2024 mentions the roll numbers of the candidates, scores obtained (out of 300), and qualifying status. Only the candidates who secured at least 150 marks out of 300 are considered qualified for the screening test.
Such aspirants will be eligible to get the provisional registration certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC). Only qualified candidates will be able to download the FMGE 2024 scorecards by entering the user ID and password. The scorecard of the FMGE 2024 December session will contain personal details, FMGE scores and other information, which must be verified. FMGE scorecard must be carried to get the registration certificate by NMC and SMC.

The minimum qualifying marks that the candidates appearing in the screening test, are required to obtain will be the FMGE cutoff of 2024. Candidates failing to meet the FMGE 2024 cutoff will be rendered disqualified and will not be able to register with the State Medical Council or NMC.
The total score of FMGE is 300 (two papers of 150 marks each). NBE has set the cutoff of FMGE 2024 at 50%, i.e. a candidate will be required to obtain at least 150 out of 300 marks (in the two papers combined) so as to qualify for the exam.

According to the brochure released by NBE, the candidate should possess a primary medical qualification, which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned, to be a recognized qualification for enrolment as a medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding the said qualification is situated.
Hence, a candidate applying for the FMGE exam must possess a MBBS passing degree certificate. Without it, one cannot sit for the exam.

NEET is a National Eligibility Entrance Test is national level competitive exam, which is taken every year for candidates having dream of becoming a doctor. Through NEET score, they can take admission in various colleges like AIMS, KGMU etc.,
The validity of score in India for taking admission in colleges is only one year. Candidate needs to re-appear next year, if they do not want to pursue any colleges this year.
However, for foreign admissions, the score is valid for three years. Candidates can apply to any foreign universities or colleges accepting NEET score within the three years.
As you have appeared in NEET 2019, so yes it's valid upto 2022. After which, you need to re-appear in NEET for further eligibility.
As you have mentioned, you are going to appear in 2022, so if you score well, you can use your latest score for taking admission in various foreign universities. However, for India, it will be valid for only one year.
