Candidates need to start by registering themselves for NEET MDS 2026. Candidates are required to fill in the details mentioned below.
Note: Candidates must enter a valid mobile number and email ID, as the user ID and password will be sent there.
Once the NEET MDS 2026 registration process is complete, candidates receive their user ID and password on their registered email ID and mobile number.
After registration, candidates have to log in using the user ID and password sent by the authorities to the registered email ID and mobile number. Thereafter, candidates have to click on the ‘Go to Application Form’ button to start entering the details.
Personal Details: Name, category, nationality, mobile number, and email ID are automatically copied from the registration details. Applicants have to enter their father’s and mother’s names, category (General/SC/ST/OBC), a person with a disability (Yes/No), identification details and communication address.

Qualification details: In the qualification details, candidates have to fill qualifying exam, status, degree from, state, University details, admission and passing date, state of Class 10 and 12
Once all the details are entered, candidates must cross-check the listed information and then click on ‘save and proceed’ to move to the next step.
Candidates have to upload scanned copies of their passport-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression, as per the specifications mentioned below.

After the documents are uploaded successfully, a confirmation message appears on the screen. Candidates have to click on the ‘Accept’ button to be redirected to the next page.
Medical aspirants are required to select the NEET MDS exam city in which the exam will be conducted. Candidates must choose the exam city based on their preference and convenience. While choosing the exam city of NEET MDS 2026, candidates can check the availability of seats in different cities through the option provided on the side.
Note: Candidates can make the final selection of the exam city after successful payment of the NEET MDS 2026 application fee. After the payment is done, the final list of exam cities appears on the screen, along with the availability of seats. Click on the ‘select’ button for confirmation of the exam centre.
