The INI CET cut-off is the 50th percentile for the Unreserved/OCI category, while for SC/ST/OBC and PwBD candidates, it is the 45th percentile. Through INI CET counselling, admission to 872 Doctor of Medicine (MD), Masters of Surgery (MS), Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and Master of Chirurgie (MCh) seats will be granted. INI CET result 2025 will be used for admission to 11 Institute of National Importance (INIs) - AIIMS, Delhi, JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS, and PGIMER Chandigarh.

AIIMS, Delhi releases the INI CET merit list 2025 in an online mode at the official website. The merit list of INI CET 2025 mentions the roll number, category, institutional preference, overall rank, and percentile of the candidate. INI CET merit list includes candidates of eight times the total number of seats available in all INIs. Candidates included in the merit list are called for INI CET counselling 2025.

INI CET total candidates appeared: July 2025 session
The authority releases the INI CET 2025 result statistics along with the declaration of the result cum merit list, mentioning the number of candidates appeared for the INI CET exam, number of candidates who qualified and other information. As per the previous year's statistics, a total of over 1.3 lakh candidates registered for IN ICET 2024 November exam. As per the result data, 33,111 students qualified for the INICET 2024 exam. Out of which 30243 students qualified for the MD, MS, DM (6 yrs), MCh (6 yrs) courses, while 2868 candidates passed for the MDS course.
INICET result 2025 tie breaking criteria
Candidates can appear for the INI CET exam multiple times. There is no capping on the number of attempts. In case two or more candidates score equal marks in the INI CET exam, authorities will apply the below-discussed rules to resolve ties and decide the INI CET result 2025. INI CET 2025 cut off
AIIMS, Delhi releases the cutoff of INI CET 2025 for the July session with the declaration of results. The INI CET cutoff is released for UR, EWS, OBC, SC, ST, and PwBD categories. A separate cutoff of the INI CET exam is released for MD/MS/DM/MCh and MDS courses. INI CET cut off is the last rank and corresponding percentile at which the candidate is called for counselling.

INI CET 2025 Counselling
AIIMS, Delhi conducts the counselling of INI CET 2025 in an online mode for shortlisted candidates. The counselling commences after the declaration of the INI CET result. Candidates included in the INI CET 2025 merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process. Three rounds of counselling for the INI CET exam are conducted, including an open round. During counselling, students are asked to register and submit their preferences for courses and colleges. Students are advised to bring their documents with them for verification during INI CET 2025 counselling.
