    About INI CET 2026

    The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi will conduct the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test or INICET exam for July 2026 session for admission to around 1631 Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Master of Chirurgiae (MCh). INI CET exam is conducted twice a year for January and July sessions.

    The INI CET July 2026 session exam will be conducted on May 16, 2026 for which online registrations have started. Eligible candidates can complete their registrations and fill the application form from March 28 to April 25, 2026. A total of 23 institutes are participating in the INI CET July 2026 session, with AIIMS Jammu being the latest addition. 

    A total of 200 MCQs will be asked in the INI CET July 2026 session exam, that need to be answered in 3 hours. These 200 questions are divided into four sequential, non-returnable sections of 50 questions each. For each section, 45 minutes are given. For every correct marks, 1 marks is given, while for every wrong answer, one-third marks is deducted.
