As Kerala MBBS 2026 counselling is conducted in online mode, to help the candidates, a step-by-step procedure is mentioned below.

In order to participate in the counselling process, the aspirant must log on to the 'candidate portal' at Kerala NEET counselling official website. On the login page, aspirants must enter their KEAM application number and password provided with the Kerala MBBS application form 2026.
In the next step, candidates have to create a password and then have to click on the 'open registration' button which is made available on the login page. Candidates are advised to retain the password with themselves.
On the choice filling and locking page, candidates can check the list of medical and dental colleges. They then need to click on the name of the institute to add to the preference box and the serial number is displayed on the box. Candidates are allotted seats to the particular college which they filled as preferences during NEET UG choice filling of Kerala. To save the selected option, the candidate must click on the 'save' option after selecting every option. Candidates can also modify or shuffle the options before saving. The selected choices are locked automatically after the stipulated time is over.
After the choice and locking section, the authority start the process of Kerala NEET allotment 2026. On the grounds of the state merit rank, Kerala MBBS state merit rank, college preferences as well as the courses, seat availability, and reservation criteria, the Kerala MBBS admission 2026 is granted.
After the process of the seat allotment is over, CEE, Kerala releases the Kerala state counselling NEET UG 2026 results in the online mode. Candidates should know that the result is announced individually for each round in the form of a PDF.
Candidates who are allotted seats have to report to the designated colleges within the specified time. Aspirants must also carry the relevant documents for verification and completion of the admission process and must also pay the annual fees to join the allotted college in the online mode using the prescribed mode
