1. Goa
Lowest Score (2024): ~550–619 marks (General, State Quota, Goa Medical College, Bambolim).

2. Arunachal Pradesh

Why some states have low NEET cutoff compared to other states?
There are several reasons due to which the NEET cutoff for some states is comparatively lower than others. Some of these reasons are as follows:
Low Competition: Northeastern states (Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland) and Union Territories (Andaman, Dadra) have fewer applicants, resulting in low competition.
High Seat Availability: States like Karnataka and Tamil Nadu have many colleges, which results in less competition per seat, resulting in a lower cutoff
Reservations: States like Bihar and Tamil Nadu have lower NEET cut-offs for SC/ST/OBC due to reservation policies.
