NEET registration form 2025
Candidates have to visit the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Click on the ‘NEET UG registration link and fill in the required details such as name, parent's name, date of birth, nationality, category, gender and others. Login credentials such as user id and password will be generated after NTA NEET registration 2025.

Filling application form for NEET 2025
After the registration process, registered candidates have to click on the 'complete application form' by using the login details. It is mandatory for NEET aspirants to fill in all the remaining details in the application form such as personal, academic and address details.
Upload the scanned documents and images
Candidates need to upload the necessary documents such as photograph, thumb impression and signature in the required format as specified by the NTA. The NEET 2025 photo and document format can be checked in the table below.

Paying of NEET form fee

Once the NEET form fee is paid, a NEET confirmation fee is generated for all the candidates. The same copy of NEET acknowledgement is sent to the candidate’s registered email id and mobile number. Aspirants must save and download the acknowledgement receipt for the future reference.
