    The National Testing Agency (NTA) released a new NEET exam pattern for the NEET UG 2025 exam. As per the new NEET exam structure, the total number of questions in NEET 2025 exam will be 180. The authority has removed the concept of optional questions from the NEET exam pattern 2025.
