Is FMGE 2026 Answer Key Released?

No, the FMGE 2026 answer key is not released by NBE. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences follows a strict evaluation policy under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Due to this NDA policy of NBE, the release of any kind of answer key is strictly prohibited. Moreover, candidates are also not allowed to share any type of content related to the questions asked in the exam.

Why FMGE Answer Key 2026 is Not Released?

The NBE’s non-disclosure agreement plays a major role due to which the answer key of FMGE exam is not released. Some of the major reasons behind this non-release of FMGE answer key 2026 are as follows -

• FMGE is a major screening licensing examination. As per NBE regulations, no candidate, coaching institute, or third party platform is authorised to publish any kind of FMGE answer keys.

• The questions in FMGE are a part of a secure and confidential question bank. These questions may be reused or modified in future exams by NBE, and hence it doesn’t allows sharing any kind of information related to questions, answers, or answer key

• As per NBE, releasing the answer key of FMGE means, disclosing the questions. This disclosure could compromise the integrity of the exam and fairness of the exam.

How are FMGE Results Prepared Without Answer Key?

Since the NBEMS doesn’t release any answer key for the FMGE exam, many students often wonder how the FMGE results are prepared without any answer key. FMGE exam is conducted online in a computer-based test and the results are evaluated using the CBT evaluation process. The CBT evaluation process uses the standardised scoring mechanisms and awards marks or deducts scores on the basis of pre-validated answers approved by the NBE subject matter experts.

The FMGE result is released in PDF form at the official website natboard.edu.in. The result pdf of FMGE includes pass/ fail status of candidates, and total score out of 300.

Will NBE Release the FMGE 2026 Answer Key?

NBE will not release any kind of answer key for FMGE 2026, whether it's provisional or final. This is not something new from NBE. This practice of not releasing the FMGE answer key has been followed for a long time, which is going to be followed for the FMGE June 2026 session too.
