The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Porvorim, conducts Goa MBBS 2025 counselling. As per the latest update, the authority has concluded Goa NEET MBBS 2025 round 1 counselling on August 5, 2025. The Goa NEET MBBS merit list was released on July 30, 2025 on the official website at dte.goa.gov.in. A total of 153 MBBS and 42 BDS seats will be filled through Goa MBBS/BDS state counselling based on the NEET exam. The authorities will prepare Goa MBBS/BDS 2025 merit list based on the details filled in the Goa MBBS application form, reservation and seat availability. The authorities will conduct two rounds of Goa MBBS counselling 2025. A third round, that is a mop-up round of Goa NEET 2025 counselling, will be conducted in case of vacant seats.

The DTE is responsible for conducting Goa NEET 2025 counselling for 85% of the state quota seats. While for the remaining 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in Goa, the admission will be granted through NEET counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
During the counselling of Goa MBBS 2025, candidates will have to submit their course and college choices. Based on the preferences submitted by candidates, availability of seats, reservation, state merit rank, NEET result and other factors, the DTE will conduct Goa MBBS seat allotment process. Goa MBBS counselling 2025 process
DTE, Bardez, will conduct Goa NEET counselling for 85% state quota seats.
The authority will conduct three rounds of Goa MBBS 2025 counselling, including a mop-up round.
Goa MBBS/BDS counselling will be held in offline mode.
Candidates will have to register for the Goa MBBS counselling through the link which will be provided on this page.
Candidates will have to fill in their preferences for colleges and courses. It must be noted that candidates can fill in as many choices of colleges as they want.
After filling in the preferences, aspirants will have to lock the selected choices on or before the last date. If you fail to do so, the choices will be locked automatically on the last day.
Based on the choices filled by the candidate and other factors, the authority will conduct Goa MBBS seat allotment 2025.
Goa MBBS seat allotment 2025
As mentioned earlier, the authority will conduct the seat allotment of Goa MBBS 2025 based on the candidate preferences. In addition to candidate choices, factors such as the state merit rank, NEET 2025 exam score, reservation, and the number of seats will be taken into consideration for Goa MBBS/BDS seat allotment 2025. The seat allotment list of Goa MBBS 2025 will mention the institute name, course, candidate details, NEET rank and score.
Goa MBBS counselling 2025: Reporting to the allotted college
Candidates allotted seats during Goa MBBS counselling will have to report to the respective institutes to reserve their admission. Candidates must report for Goa MBBS 2025 admission as per the schedule notified by the authority. Candidates failing to report for the Goa MBBS/BDS admission 2025 as per the schedule will have their candidature cancelled. Candidates must carry the following documents for verification at the time of reporting.
