    The Supreme Court has strictly ordered that the NEET PG 2025 must be held in a single shift. The court said that the question papers in two shifts can never be of the same difficulty level and using normalization as a routine process is unjust. This is acceptable in exceptional situations but not as a routine policy.

    This means that the NBE must make all necessary arrangements, including enough NEET PG exam centres and staff to ensure all candidates can appear at the same time.
