To check the rank list of UP NEET PG 2025, candidates need to follow these steps:
Visit the official website, upneet.gov.in.
Click on the “PG Courses” tab and select “Post-Graduate Medical.”
Under the notifications section, find the direct link for the UP NEET PG rank list 2025.
Click the link to download the rank list and save it for future reference.

In case two or more candidates score the same marks, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applied:
Candidates with fewer negative responses across the question paper (Sections A, B, and C combined) will be ranked higher.
If the tie persists, the candidate with fewer negative responses in Section A will be placed higher.
If still tied, the candidate with fewer negative responses in Section B will be ranked higher.
If unresolved, the candidate with higher aggregate marks (percentage) in all MBBS professional examinations will be placed higher. For Indian/OCI candidates with a primary medical qualification from abroad, FMGE scores will be considered.
If the tie still remains, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be ranked higher.
