• If a candidate is upgraded, they must get relieved from their round 2 seat and report to the round 3 allotted seat. Once the NEET PG 2025 round 3 allotment seat is joined, further upgradation or resignation is not permitted.

• If a candidate fails to join the round 3 allotment seat, he/she may exit the counselling process but their security deposit will be forfeited and they will be disqualified from participating in further rounds of NEET PG counselling.
